DEAR VISITOR,

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our site. Maybe our page is called KAMIN. EE a little misleading – we produce and design all stone products from stairs and pillars to sculptures, but work with fireplaces has nevertheless become our favourite area, where we can most fruitfully use the rich know-how collected over the decades. Cooperation with leading Estonian architects and designers has given us invaluable experience in implementing various demanding and diverse projects.

HOW IS THE FIREPLACE MADE?

Both the fireplace and the pillar, memorial plate or balustrade are completed in close cooperation with the client, architect and interior designer. We definitely classify fireplace design and construction into the field of art. But the basis of everything is still the idea: – if you have a project at CAD, then share it with us. We offer stone details in a complete solution; – if there is no project, then we will come to the place, get acquainted with the object, wishes, opportunities; – on the basis of what has been collected, we will draw up a proposal in the form of a 3D sketch project; – we design, manufacture and install details.

US

We have been inspired by medieval Estonian construction art, especially raid art in medieval churches and cities. We founded AS Gildemann in 1992 with the aim of continuing the traditions of stone cutting in classical design and modern production. During our 29 years of operation, we have built a comprehensive production in Rapla County, the old Parkhof manor site. We process the mined stone block in our factory with versatile production possibilities on precise cnc benches.

STONE

Orgita quarry dolomite, which we mine, is particularly resistant to temperature fluctuations. Thus, we can use it both outdoors and in the construction of fireplace stoves. The color of the stone varies from ivory to grayish, often having a beautiful pattern. In pictures: Renovation of Keila-Joa Castle, dolomite details and fireplaces from Gildemann.
